Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to your order are possible within 24 hours of purchase. Post this period, modifications may not be feasible as the order enters the processing stage. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them anytime after 14 days and within 60 days from purchase. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged Items

We ensure our products are well-packaged to prevent damage. If you receive a damaged item, report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@samuraishack.com with a photo of the damage. We will assess and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no cost. Items damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. Contact the courier directly for issues with delivery. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
