Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to your order are possible within 24 hours of purchase. Post this period, modifications may not be feasible as the order enters the processing stage. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

If our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them anytime after 14 days and within 60 days from purchase. Please note that:

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: All returned orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

We ensure our products are well-packaged to prevent damage. If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@samuraishack.com with a photo of the damage. We will assess your claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no cost. Please note that items damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. Please contact the courier directly for issues with delivery. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages, so please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
